The Safeaero 220 EH
|
Deicers
Engineering-Support AS has, on the basis of there
knowledge end experience in designing deicer for airplanes, received a
contract with Safeaero to develop and design new solutions for there
existing machine and to design a new 13 m3 tank capacity
and a reach so that the machine can deice the new bigger planes like
the Airbus 380.
E-S has through the chosen
solutions, designed a machine for the future with focus on a flexible
mixing system with optimal use of fluids. God reach and visibility for
the operator, and the unique 1 man operating system developed in the
original deicer.

Crane SM 500 tm, lifting 15
tons on 36 meters.
It is a box boom design with lifting cylinders and 2 winches. On 5 tons
for high spied operation with 1 rope, and a 8,5
tons main winch with up to 3 ropes max lifting of 25 tons. This winch
has “heave compensation”, and operates according to
regulations for offshore cranes.
The design includes layout, with
pedestal and necessary stairways and platforms.

Riser winch with
structures for the winch and riser hang off.
The winch has a capacity of 100 tons and up to 350 metres steel rope. The winch has a
patented solution to handle the riser.
This increase safety and reduce man power of this operation.
 
 
Winch 15 tons, high speed
with “heave compensation”. Hydraulic motors with a
“hydraulic secondary control” system. The winch is designed
to be used on the SM 500 crane.
